Breitling Transocean Chronograph 1915 Steel & Silver 43mm

May have slight aesthetic blemishes

Going back in time to 1915, Breitling created the first independent chronograph push piece at 2 o’clock. To celebrate this milestone in watchmaking history, Breitling is introducing the Transocean Chronograph in a 1,915-piece limited edition series.

The smooth, polished 43mm case is made from steel and features a sapphire crystal casing on both the front and back. Housed in the case, between the double set of sapphire crystal glass, is the Breitling B14 manual winding automatic movement equipped with double column wheel. The single push piece sat at 2 o’clock is finished in a curved and elongated way that contours nicely along the side of the case.

Under the scratch resistant glass on the top side, the dial is given a vintage look through the use of big bold arabic numerals and a mercury silver/ecru dial. The dial features luminescent baton hands and a date window at 6 o’clock to maintain symmetry throughout the dial. This is all fastened with an ‘Ocean classic’ steel mesh bracelet and folding clasp.
