Charges

FREE delivery on all orders. Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be sent that day* with all orders sent Special Delivery arriving the next day**. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following day. Except after 2pm Friday, which will be sent out Monday.

If you have any special postage requests please contact us as we would be delighted to accommodate your personal requirements.

As we use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels we can not pass on delivery requests, such as 'leave in front porch'. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman.

When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment.

Very occasionally, we may have to e-mail you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Once the order has been dispatched you'll be sent another email with a Delivery Number and in some cases a Royal Mail tracking number. If there will be a delay dispatching an item then we will let you know as soon as possible.

We offer returns within 60 days of purchase*.

Returns Instructions

1] Pack

Please return the item with a piece of paper listing the reason for return, for example 'unwanted item'.

Please return any items with their original packaging to the address below.

2] Drop

Take the package to the counter of your nearest Post Office.
You will be issued with a proof of postage slip, this must be retained until the package reaches us and the package has been processed.

You can find your nearest location from over 11,500.

3] Refund

Upon receipt, any product refund will be processed within two working days.
Please note funds may take up to ten days to show in your account and return postage will not be refunded.

To exchange an item, simply place a new order for what you would like and then return the items you no longer require for refund.

* You have 60 days from purchase to return an item, or 14 days for discounted, pre-owned watches or sale items.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase bought online, you can return it within 60 days of delivery or within 14 days for any discounted and sale items or pre-owned watches.

Please note: Your return must include your invoice and reasons for return. Your return can only be accepted in the same condition as they were delivered, with the original packaging, accessories , warranties, guarantees, labelling and any manuals which may have been included with the order.

Please note: Any special orders (i.e. products that are not normally stocked by the Company), may only be returned if goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
Once your returned purchase has been reviewed and its condition approved, we will process your refund for you. Please be aware that it could take up to 5 days for the money to reach your account.
